    Yes. There are both gas permeable and soft lens designs which can correct almost everyone's visual needs at all distances.

  5. If someone has had laser vision surgery or RK, can they improve their vision with contact lenses?
    Yes. A specially designed gas permeable lens called "Reverse Geometry Lens" may be the answer.
